How we work together.

Four short sections cover how Miracle Hands Massage & Spa runs — booking, timing, health, and the rewards program. No legalese. If anything below leaves you unsure, call (571) 380-6868 and ask — we'd rather explain twice than surprise you once.

Appointments & walk-ins

Booking & walk-ins.

The whole booking system is one phone number.

To book, call (571) 380-6868 — say what you'd like and when, and you're set. Prefer to write first? Every other way to reach us is on the contact page.

Walk-ins are welcome whenever a therapist is free — and often one is. Evenings and weekends fill fastest, though, so calling ahead is the surest way to get both a spot and the session length you want. We're open every day, 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM.

One honest caveat: prices on the services page may vary, so confirm the number for your session when you book.

Arriving & running late

Timing your visit.

Early helps everyone. Late just needs a phone call.

Arrive a few minutes early

Those minutes aren't ceremony. They're when your therapist asks about pressure, focus areas and anything to avoid — so the hands-on time starts informed, not guessing.

Running behind?

Life happens. Let us know as soon as you can and we'll rework what's reworkable — though a late start may mean a shorter session, so the guest after you isn't kept waiting.

Cancelling or changing plans

Plans shift; ours can too. Just call (571) 380-6868 as early as possible so we can offer your time to someone else.

Health & comfort

Health & comfort.

What massage may honestly offer — and where a doctor comes first.

Massage may help with relaxation and everyday muscle tension. That's the claim, whole and hedged — it is not a substitute for medical care, and we won't dress it up as one. The NIH's plain-English guide, Things To Know About Massage Therapy, is worth five minutes if you're weighing massage for a health purpose.

Before your session, tell your therapist if you're pregnant, recovering from an injury, or managing a health condition. Thirty seconds of context lets them adjust pressure and positioning instead of guessing. And if you're unsure whether massage suits you right now, check with your doctor first — then call us.

Rewards & finding us

Rewards & parking.

Regulars get a thank-you. Everyone gets a parking spot.

Visit three times in one calendar month and the thank-you is your choice: a $20 cash voucher, a free 15-minute neck-and-shoulder massage, or a free cupping session. No app, no punch card — just mention it when you book.

We're at 14200 G Centreville Square, Centreville, VA 20121, in the Centreville Square plaza, with parking right in the plaza lot. Turn-by-turn help lives on the location page, and the questions guests ask most — pressure, couples rooms, add-ons — are answered on the FAQ.
