Three channels, each with a job. If it involves a date and a time, pick up the phone — everything else can go slower.
Book by phone
Phone.
The direct line for booking. One quick conversation holds your room and the exact length you want — 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. If nobody picks up, we're likely mid-session; try again in a few minutes. The phone is answered 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM, every single day.

What to tell us when you call.
Five things, under a minute, room booked. There's no script — this is simply what we'll ask, in roughly this order.
The service and the length.
Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, reflexology — plus 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Not sure yet? Just say what's been bothering you and we'll suggest a starting point. The full menu with prices lives on the services page , and if you're leaning toward firm pressure, the deep tissue page is a good read first.
How much pressure.
Light, medium, firm — or "start gentle and see." Nothing is locked in; your therapist checks in as the session goes. Massage may help with relaxation and everyday muscle tension, but it isn't a substitute for medical care — so mention any injuries or conditions on the call too.
Who's coming.
Booking for two? Say "couples." Our side-by-side room seats two guests with two therapists and complimentary hot stones — and it's the first room to fill on weekends. Details on the couples massage page .
Any add-ons.
They run $15 to $30 — steam eye mask, hot or cold stones, essential oils, scraping, fire cupping. Mentioning them up front lets us build the extra time into your slot instead of squeezing it in.
When you want to come in.
Today, tonight, Saturday morning — we're open every day, 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM, including holidays. Evenings and weekends are absolutely on the table; they just fill fastest, so call a little earlier for those.
