From Chantilly
Head south on Route 28 toward Centreville and you're most of the way there — roughly 10 to 20 minutes depending on traffic. Once you're near the Route 29 corridor, watch for the Centreville Square plaza.

Most Fairfax guests take I-66 west or follow Route 29 straight out — call it 15 to 25 minutes depending on traffic. Route 29 is the slower, simpler drive; I-66 is quicker when it's actually moving.

The shortest hop of the five. Wind north out of town toward Centreville and Route 29 and you'll usually arrive in roughly 10 to 15 minutes, traffic depending. No highway required.
From Manassas
Take Route 28 north, or ride I-66 east and drop back down — either way, plan on roughly 15 to 25 minutes depending on traffic. Route 28 gets heavy around rush hour, so give yourself a cushion at 5 PM.
From Gainesville
The longest run, and still an easy one: I-66 east, then follow signs toward Centreville and the Route 29 area. Roughly 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic — the kind of drive a 90-minute session repays.
These are ballpark drives, not promises — Northern Virginia traffic writes its own schedule. When in doubt, leave a little earlier and arrive unhurried.

Centreville Square has its own parking lot, so pull in and walk over. No garage, no street-parking puzzle.
Come a few minutes early.
It gives you time to settle in and tell your therapist what's feeling tight, where to focus, and how much pressure you like — so the full session goes to the table, not the paperwork.

We keep one schedule and we keep it simple: open every day, 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM — weekends and holidays included. Early Sunday, late Tuesday, whenever the knot in your shoulders finally wins.
Two planning tips. Evenings and weekends are our busiest windows, so call ahead if you want a specific time. And if you're eyeing a longer 90- or 120-minute massage, book earlier in the day — long slots go first.
One honest note while you plan: massage may help with relaxation and everyday muscle tension, but it isn't a substitute for medical care. If you're managing a health condition or you're pregnant, check with your doctor first — then tell your therapist, and we'll adapt the pressure and position.
